Pylon Album

By Audrey Cueto

Beabadoobee released her fourth studio album, Pylon, on September 18, 2026. The tracklist consists of 14 songs, featuring hit singles such as "Sun Has Set," "Switchblade," and "Memories." When comparing it to her previous albums, I wouldn't say it is one of her best collections of work. Her last two releases, Beatopia (2022) and This Is How Tomorrow Moves (2024), were musically much stronger. Although Beabadoobee rarely disappoints, Pylon is still an amazing album overall, with a prominent personal connection. She has stayed true to her alternative indie rock genre, and the tracks showcase her lyrical abilities. The album also features several other musicians, including Hayley Williams and Brendan Yates. Following the album's release, she has gained traction online and now has over 25 million monthly listeners on Spotify. Before the album was even released, she announced her Powerlines Tour, which includes a Los Angeles show on October 21, 2026. The tour officially began on October 1, giving fans a chance to hear the newly released album performed live. Beabadoobee has made a name for herself and has proven her musical abilities once again.
