Frolin Mendoza, a junior at Dana Hills High School, is currently painting and designing all kinds of nails solely from her home. Her business, Nails by Frolin, offers a variety of nail styles, ranging from Gel-X to builder gel. Not only can she efficiently apply different types of gel, but she also offers a variety of unique designs. When asked what she would like everyone to know about her, Mendoza said, “I am very nice, very chill, and can do any design you would like!” Mendoza has been painting and designing nails for around two to three years, and her business has been up and running for a little over two years. Frolin said her approximate price range usually falls between $35 and $50, depending on the design chosen. When asked how long a design usually takes to complete, she responded, “Depending on the design you are wanting, it can take anywhere from one hour to three hours.” This shows how much time, effort, and dedication she puts into each and every nail set.
