Logan has been a dedicated athlete since freshman year, playing football since freshman year, and also been excelling at track and field. Day says that his biggest accomplishment is being the offensive line MVP as a junior as well as gaining 110 pounds. Day said that “putting 110 pounds on was hard but at the same time it’s a free pass to eat a lot of food, as long as you focus on protein I think you can gain as much weight as you want”. Day’s ambitions extend beyond personal gains as he would like to accomplish all league o-line MVP in a harder league and strides to become captain to bring up the younger guys since we will have a younger team and bring them up with our success. Day says “it’s been a lot, my head is kinda spinning, supper blessed all of my hard work from middle school is paying off. I would have to thank my parents for driving me everywhere and buying all my food and gym memberships and I couldn’t do it without that.” Day’s athletic talent has not gone unnoticed, with numerous colleges giving offers for him to play for them. His achievements such as o-line all league MVP have made him an extremely sought after recruit. Logan has received offers from multiple ivies, such as Yale, Brown, Columbia, Cornell and Dartmouth, as well as UPenn, San Diego State, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Northern Arizona University. These offers reflect his hard work and potential, and he is looking forward to the future. He is eager to continue pushing his limits and seeing where his talent will take him. Day’s words of inspiration is “If you want something bad enough, regardless of how crazy the dream is, work hard and you can achieve.”
